These terms and conditions apply to all bookings for surf camp packages, accommodation, and other services provided by Swellora Voyages.

Our Role as a Travel Facilitator
It is important to understand that Swellora Voyages acts as a travel facilitator and not as a travel agency. Our role is to connect you with and organize your trip with various local service providers (e.g., for accommodation, surf lessons, yoga classes). We do not collect payments on behalf of these providers. The contract for the services is between you and the respective provider.
1. Booking and Payment
To secure your booking, Swellora Voyages requires a deposit. This deposit constitutes our commission for the organization and facilitation of your trip and corresponds to 30% of the total amount. This deposit is non-refundable as it covers our planning and coordination work.
All other payments for services (such as accommodation, surf lessons, yoga, etc.) are to be paid by you directly to the local service providers upon your arrival or according to their own terms and conditions.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by you:
- The deposit paid to Swellora Voyages for trip facilitation is non-refundable.
- For cancellations of services booked with local providers (accommodation, activities, etc.), their individual cancellation policies apply. We advise you to familiarize yourself with their terms.
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation.
Cancellation by us or providers:
In the unlikely event that Swellora Voyages must cancel the facilitation of your trip, our deposit will be fully refunded. In the case of a service cancellation by a local provider, their specific refund and rescheduling policies will apply.
3. Travel Insurance & Liability
It is a mandatory condition of your booking that you have comprehensive personal travel insurance, which must include civil liability coverage. Swellora Voyages disclaims all liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during your stay, including during activities organized with local providers.
Your insurance must cover all activities you plan to undertake, including surfing. It must also cover medical expenses, emergency repatriation, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings. Proof of insurance may be requested upon arrival.
4. Surf Lessons and Equipment
Our partner instructors are certified and will take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety. However, surfing involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow the instructions of the instructors at all times.
Any damage to rental equipment (surfboards, wetsuits, etc.) due to negligence must be paid for by the guest directly to the equipment provider at market value.
5. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. Swellora Voyages is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Guests must respect local customs, culture, and the environment. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, illegal, or that puts other guests or staff at risk may result in the termination of the trip without a refund of our facilitation fee.
You must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking. It is crucial to be transparent about your health. The nearest hospital is located two hours away from Imsouane, so it is imperative that you notify us of any pre-existing health issues, allergies, or other medical concerns in the questionnaire sent prior to your arrival.
6. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. We will only use your information for booking purposes and, if you agree, to keep you informed about our services. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
As a facilitator, Swellora Voyages is not responsible for any incidents, accidents, injuries, or breaches of contract that occur with third-party service providers (e.g., accommodation, transport, activity providers). Our liability is strictly limited to our role in organizing the trip.
